I don’t know about you, but I’m super excited for the fall. This is my absolute favorite time of the year. Cozy sweaters, warm socks, hot lattes, beautiful leaves, crisp air, and best of all, fall-flavored desserts!

Now I love fall flavors and spices, but I don’t want to make the same things every year! Don’t get me wrong, the classics never die. But it’s nice to change it up every now and again and do something fun and different. Something that people wouldn’t expect.

So, I put together this awesome list of funky fall desserts and snacks, and yes, they are healthy! These desserts are creative twists on all of the fall favorites, and I just know your going to love them! There is something here for everyone from paleo, to gluten-free, to vegan.

What an adorable twist on candied apples! This recipe is super easy, requires very few ingredients, and would be perfect for entertaining a large group of people!

    I kind of love Pumpkin flavored anything.. except PSL (I know, I’m weird) but there are so many of these that I’m not sure I can live without – I randomly made cinnamon sugar pumpkin seeds one year; and I think I may have to try these salted caramel seeds! Also, I’m not sure who thought of Pumpkin ice cream, but that basically sounds like… Life. Thanks for sharing! I can’t wait to try some of these out!
